Terell Weg is President and CEO of MSNW Group, a regional service company with 300 team members, where she leads operational strategy, financial oversight, and organizational growth across multiple divisions. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, Terell has built her career spanning operations, sales, finance, and executive leadership within service-based businesses. She also owns and operates several small businesses, giving her a broad, operator’s perspective on leadership and growth. 

In addition to her executive role, Terell brings an industry-wide perspective through her work in professional governance and association leadership. She serves on the NALP Foundation Board, supporting the philanthropic and workforce development efforts of the green industry. She also holds a Landscape Contractor’s license, grounding her leadership in industry-relevant experience.  

To further strengthen her focus on disciplined decision-making, financial stewardship, and long-term organizational health, Terell is currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance from Purdue University. She is known for her grounded, disciplined leadership approach and her focus on building strong teams, scalable systems, and well-run organizations.
