Hotel Information

A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $309.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. To reserve your room by phone, call 1-888-879-0462 and ask for the Lawn & Landscape Business Builders Summit rate.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, April 28, 2026, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

Check-in at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-879-0462 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Lawn & Landscape Business Builders Summit will be taking place at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in the Starstruck Gallery on Wednesday, May 20th and in the Symphony Ballroom on Thursday, May 21st.
