The deadline to book your room at the discounted group rate has passed and is no longer available at the Loews Vanderbilt Nashville. The hotel does have availability outside of the group block. Check-in at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-879-0462 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Lawn & Landscape Business Builders Summit will be taking place in the Symphony Ballroom III of the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Registration will be stationed in the Symphony Ballroom Foyer.
