Joshua Park serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Osprey Landscape Group, where he leads acquisition strategy, deal execution, and integration as the company partners with commercial landscape businesses across the country. He works closely with founders and leadership teams to structure thoughtful transactions that protect legacy, support employees, and create long-term growth opportunities.

With more than 15 years of experience in corporate development and operations, Joshua has led dozens of acquisitions and strategic partnerships across multi-location service and distribution businesses. Prior to Osprey, he held senior M&A leadership roles at TruckPro, Stryker, and Reddy Ice, executing transactions ranging from founder-led companies to multi-billion-dollar platforms. Throughout his career, he has focused not just on closing deals, but on building scalable systems and leading integrations that deliver lasting value.

Joshua began his professional career in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his leadership philosophy around discipline, accountability, and servant leadership. He earned his MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and completed Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.

At the Lawn & Landscape Business Builders Summit, Joshua brings a practical, operator-focused perspective on preparing a landscape company for growth, understanding valuation drivers, navigating private equity dynamics, and building an organization that can scale beyond the owner.

Joshua lives in Golden, Colorado, with his partner, Jen. He is the proud father of three children — Eisley (17), Raphael (8), and Selah (5).
