Jim is a passionate and innovative leader. For over 35 years, his primary focus has been helping his team, clients, and company achieve their goals. The HighGrove team currently has over 250 members, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years, as well as over 20 second-generation team members.

Jim is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received his bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture. He has been an active member of the landscape industry, serving on the NALP Board of Directors, including as president from 2014 to 2015. He is also a past president of the NALP Foundation.
