Ben Hewlett is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of EarthScapes Lawn and Land Service, where he leads operational strategy, organizational development, and disciplined growth across the company’s maintenance, agronomics, and installation divisions. With more than 13 years in the landscape industry, he has helped guide EarthScapes’ growth to more than $8 million in annual revenue over the past five years, focusing on scalable systems, leadership development, and operational excellence. Prior to his career in landscaping, Ben served in the U.S. Navy as an F/A-18 fighter pilot. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Texas A&M University and an MBA from American Military University, is a co-founder of Virginia Beach Veterans Give Back, and lives in Virginia Beach with his wife and children.
