Tim Gardiner founded Meridian Landscaping LLC in 2005 and became a full-time employee in 2015. Tim is responsible for the vision, culture, values, and daily operations of the company. Tim earned his B.S. and MBA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Meridian, Tim built and managed high-performing sales teams at several software companies. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children.
