Justin O’Connor is President of Growing Seasons Landscaping, a Pittsburgh-based company specializing in full-service landscape solutions for commercial properties and industrial sites — with a strong presence in the region’s natural gas industry. With over 150 team members and significant growth in recent years, Justin has helped establish GSL as one of the top privately held landscape firms in the area. The company’s niche is delivering expert outdoor services tailored to the unique needs of commercial and industrial clientele. With more than 25 years in the green industry, Justin brings deep expertise in operations, client service, and building high-performance teams.

A graduate of Penn State’s Landscape Contracting program, Justin is passionate about building strong teams and constantly improving how work gets done. He’s also a partner and leader in a Weed Man Lawn Care franchise, with two locations serving clients in both Pittsburgh, PA and Toledo, OH. Outside of work, you’ll find him with his wife and three kids.
